§ 34.50 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY DURING STATE OF EMERGENCY, EMERGENCY, OR EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT TESTS.
   During an emergency management test or declared emergency the following shall be immune from liability, to the extent provided by I.C. 10-14-3, and any other applicable law:
   (A)   The county;
   (B)   County-assigned personnel;
   (C)   Participating emergency services; and
   (D)   Rostered volunteers.
