Sec. 12-6. Permit Required.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to set- up, place, establish, or connect to utilities any manufactured home within the jurisdiction of the city without first obtaining a Placement and Connection Permit issued by the city building official. The permit fee shall be as established by resolution as approved by the City Council.
