Sec. 12-5. Owner’s right of entry to make repairs.
   It shall be the duty of every occupant of a manufactured home park to give the owner thereof or his agent or employee access to any part of such manufactured home park or its premises at reasonable times for the purposes of making such repairs or alterations as are necessary to effect compliance with this article, or with any lawful regulations adopted thereunder or with any lawful order issued pursuant to the provisions of this article.
