Sec. 12-3. Manufactured home parks subdivision minimum standards.
   (a)   All manufactured home parks/subdivisions shall comply with the requirements of Article V, Section 1 of Appendix A to Ord. 1201.
   (b)   The owner of a manufactured home park shall at all times operate the park in compliance with the Revised Ordinances of the City of Spearfish, and shall provide adequate supervision to maintain the park, its facilities and equipment in good repair in a clean and sanitary condition at all times.
