Sec. 11-70. Petit larceny.
   Petit larceny is the taking of personal property of a value not exceeding fifty dollars ($50.00) accomplished by fraud or theft and with intent to deprive another thereof. It shall be a misdemeanor for any person to commit petit larceny within the city.
