Sec. 11-26. Refusal to aid law enforcement officers.
   It is unlawful for any person after being lawfully commanded to aid any law enforcement officer in arresting any person or in retaking any person who has escaped from legal custody to intentionally refuse without lawful cause to aid such officer.
