Sec. 10-204. Permit fee.
   Any person engaged in the business of peddling as defined in section 10-196, shall pay a permit fee based upon the duration he shall desire to engage in business within the city, as follows:
   (1)   Per day    $ 25.00
   (2)   Per week    75.00
   (3)   Per month    200.00
