Sec. 9-1. Unwholesome food, drink.
   No meat, fish, game fowl, fruit, milk, vegetables, ice or any other article of food or drink intended for human consumption, the same being then stale, unhealthy, unsound, tainted, putrid or unwholesome, shall be sold, bartered, or kept for barter or sale in any public or private market, store, shop or place within the city or peddled on streets.
