§ 50.20 CONTRACTORS REQUIRED TO BE CERTIFIED.

   Any person who installs, does maintenance on, makes connections to or replaces water or sewer services or lines to the city’s system shall hold a city contractor’s license and be licensed by the State Plumbing Commission or certified by State Department of Environment and Natural Resources:

   (A)   Plumbing contractor;

   (B)   Plumbing journeyman;

   (C)   Sewer and water contractor;

   (D)   Sewer and water installer; and

   (E)   Water distribution operator.
