(A) It shall be the responsibility of the property owner to maintain water and sanitary sewer service lines from and including the tapping saddle or boot to the structure or property served.
(B) If the curb stop is not in working order, the city will notify property owner by certified mail. If not repaired within two weeks, the city will repair and bill the cost to the property owner. Written agreement will also be accepted between city and property owner to repair within adequate arranged time.
(C) In the event water turn off access is needed, the customer will have 24 hours to move vehicles or other obstructions from the curb stop. Failure to do so will result in a curb stop obstruction fine, and the city reserves the right to have the vehicle or other obstruction removed at the owner’s expense.
