Sec. 8-8. Basis for establishing the areas of special flood hazard.
   The areas of special flood hazard identified by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) in a scientific and engineering report entitled, "The Flood Insurance Study for the City of Spearfish, Lawrence County, South Dakota and Incorporated Areas" dated April 17, 2012, with accompanying Flood Insurance Rate Maps, dated April 17, 2012 and any revisions thereto are hereby adopted by reference and declared to be a part of this chapter. The Flood Insurance Study and FIRM's are on file at the Municipal Services Centre, 625 Fifth Street, Spearfish, South Dakota.
