Sec. 7-25. Volunteer incentive and reimbursement. 
   Volunteer personnel may receive incentives and reimbursements as established from time to time, by resolution of the common council, in accordance with the current adopted fiscal year budget. Fire department personnel, who are career employees, shall be compensated under the city's pay plan and shall not receive the compensation detailed in this section.
