Sec. 6-32. Pole buildings prohibited in certain areas.
   The construction of a pole building, which is defined as a building employing posts or poles as columns embedded in earth or axial embedded in concrete footings in the earth used to resist both axial and lateral loads, is hereby prohibited in those areas zoned as Central Commercial Core (CC), Central Commercial (C-1) and Office Commercial (C-3).
