Sec. 5-56. Issuance of tag.
   It shall be the duty of the animal control officer at the time of the issuance of a license under this division to furnish and deliver to the applicant for such license, a tag for each dog or cat for which such license is issued. The number of the license and the year for which such license is issued shall be stamped or engraved on the tag.
