Sec. 5-6.  Keeping of fowl, rabbits restricted.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to keep chickens, ducks, geese or other domestic fowl, livestock or rabbits, in any house, pen, coop or enclosure situated within one hundred (100) feet of any dwelling house or store or other building used or occupied as the residence of any person or within one hundred (100) feet of any church, school or public building. This section does not permit the raising or keeping of the animals described where they are prohibited by zoning or other restrictive ordinances.
