Sec. 2-122. Retirement system.
   The city shall become a participating municipality in the South Dakota Municipal Retirement System, as provided by law, for the purpose of including all employees in its employ under the retirement system. The effective date of the city's participation in the retirement system shall be January 1, 1966.
