§ 35.33 REMOVAL OR ALTERATION OF ARTWORK.
   Artwork installed on or integrated into a construction project pursuant to the provisions of this chapter shall not be removed or altered without the approval of the City Council. If such artwork is knowingly removed or altered without prior approval, the city may pursue any available civil or criminal remedies or penalties.
