§ 35.29 ARTWORK PURCHASED WITH PUBLIC FUNDS.
   (A)   The Committee may recommend to the City Council the purchase of artwork with funds from the Art in Public Places Fund, with city funds or with grants procured by the city.
   (B)   A recommendation shall include the type of artwork considered, an analysis of the constraints applicable to placement of the artwork and the costs of acquisition and installation of the artwork.
