§ 35.26 REVIEW OF APPLICATION FOR PLACEMENT OF ARTWORK ON PRIVATE PROPERTY.
   (A)   Completed applications shall be submitted to the Committee for review and approval of the artwork.
   (B)   The Committee’s recommendation as to the approval or disapproval of the application shall be forwarded to the City Council which shall have the sole authority to accept or reject or conditionally accept the application. Unapproved applications may be resubmitted to the Committee.
