§ 35.23 GUIDELINES.

   The Committee shall adopt guidelines:

   (A)   To identify suitable artwork for city buildings;

   (B)   To facilitate the preservation of artwork;

   (C)   To prescribe a method or methods for competitive selection of artwork for display;

   (D)   To prescribe procedures for the selection, acquisition and display of artwork;

   (E)   To prescribe procedures for the maintenance of artwork; and

   (F)   To set forth any other matter appropriate to the administration of this subchapter.
