There is established a fund known as the Art in Public Places Fund which shall be credited with funds obtained as art in public places allocations, secured through grants, as donations or as otherwise obtained or determined by the City Council. This Fund shall be maintained by the City Finance Officer and shall be used for the acquisition, installation, improvement and maintenance of artwork to be displayed in the city, the administration of the art in public places program and for community public art education programs, not to exceed 5% of the annual budget.
