(A) The enforcing official for this subchapter shall be the Building Official who shall administer this subchapter and secure compliance therewith.
(B) The Building Official shall review and approve landscaping plans, make necessary inspections, and initiate written notice and remedies of all violations found to exist on any premises. In the review and approval of landscape plans, consultation of the urban forester shall be solicited.
