§ 155.29 DESIGN STANDARDS.
   (A)   All landscaping shall be installed in a sound workmanship manner and according to generally accepted planting procedures.
   (B)   The following minimum standards shall be observed.
      (1)   Deciduous trees. Trunk shall be one and one-half inches measured by caliper at the time of planting.
      (2)   Evergreen trees. Minimum height of four feet.
      (3)   Live ground cover. Shall present a finished appearance and reasonably complete coverage within one year from planting.
      (4)   Shrubs. Minimum height of one foot at the time of planting.
      (5)   Grass. Planted in a species normally grown as permanent lawns in the city.
      (6)   Prohibited materials. Synthetic or artificial materials, cottonwood, elm and poplar trees.
