Two copies of a landscape plan conforming to this subchapter shall be submitted to the Building Official at the time a building permit is requested, consisting of a scaled plot plan showing clearly delineated existing and proposed landscaping, type and size of landscaping materials and location of buildings and utility easements and rights-of-way.
