§ 34.03 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   COMMERCIAL. As ordinarily defined.
   INDUSTRIAL. As ordinarily defined.
   RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT. A major subdivision of more than three lots, having a density equal to or greater than one lot per two acres.
