(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) In the event any person fails to comply with the provisions of § 153.005, he or she shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and fined not less than $50.

(C) In the event any person fails to comply with the provisions of § 153.006, he or she shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and fined not less than $50.

(D) In the event any person fails to comply with the provisions of § 153.007, he or she shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.

(E) Violation of any provisions of § 153.011, in addition to the penalties contained herein, may be punished by a fine in accordance to a Class 2 misdemeanor. Illegally parked vehicles may be ticketed, towed and impounded at owner’s expense. Enforcement of any provisions of § 153.011 will be in compliance of §§ 70.20 through 70.30.
