§ 152.30 PERMIT REQUIRED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to set up, place, establish or connect to utilities any manufactured home within the jurisdiction of the city without first obtaining a placement and connection permit issued by the City Building Official. The permit fee shall be as established by resolution as approved by the City Council.
