§ 33.07 ELECTION DATE.
   The regular municipal election of the city is hereby scheduled on the first Tuesday after the first Monday in April. The Common Council may elect to hold a municipal election in conjunction with a primary election or school district election. Elections shall be conducted in accordance with SDCL Ch. 9-13.
