All that portion of the city not located in the first ward, lying east of Spearfish Creek and south of Interstate 90 between Maitland Road to Sandstone Hills Drive, then all portions lying south of Colorado Boulevard at Sandstone Hills Drive to the intersection of Dahl Road and Colorado Boulevard, then all portions lying south of Dahl Road to the 10th Street intersection, then all portions lying south and west of the 10th Street and Dahl Road intersection to the intersection of 10th Street and Dakota Street, then all portions lying south and west of the 10th Street and Dakota Street intersection to the intersection of 7th Street and Dakota Street, then all portions lying south and west of the 7th Street and Dakota Street intersection, then from the 7th Street and Dakota Street intersection to the 7th Street and Michigan Street intersection, all portions lying south of Michigan Street and west of 7th Street to Spearfish Creek, then to the intersection of Michigan Street and Main Street, all portions lying south and west of the intersections of Michigan Street and Main Street, then at the intersection of Michigan Street and Main Street, all portions lying west of North Avenue and south of Hillsview Road, shall constitute the second ward. Where a parcel of land along Spearfish Creek is split between Ward One and Ward Two, the location of the residence shall determine the ward pertaining to the voter.
