§ 151.07 LANDS TO WHICH THIS CHAPTER APPLIES.
   This chapter shall apply to all areas of special flood hazards within the jurisdiction of the city and the area of the county administered by the city pursuant to the terms of a joint powers agreement between the city and the county, pursuant to Res. 2011-25.
