(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) The penalties for violation of §§ 150.070 through 150.076 shall be as set forth in § 10.99. In addition, to protect public property and the public interest, the city shall have the authority to clean, stabilize or re-vegetate its own rights-of-way due to non-compliant permit holders. The city shall also have the authority to assess the permit holder for the work performed, in addition to all other remedies.
