(A) Buildings on the easterly and the northerly side of all streets and avenues shall bear even numbers in their last digit.
(B) Buildings on the southerly and westerly side of all streets and avenues shall bear odd numbers in their last digit.
(C) The unit for determining the final figure shall be 440 feet, thus the first 440 feet shall be entitled to use the numbers 01 to 99 and on the opposite side of the street or avenue the numbers 02 to 100.
(D) The numbering of buildings shall commence at the 100 block designated as Colorado Boulevard and Main Street.
(E) The numbering may depart from division (C) above to fit existing addressing ranges.
