(A) It shall be the right of any authorized officer or person to arrest or detain any juvenile or person in violation of these sections, and make reasonable attempts to notify the juvenile’s parent, guardian or custodian regarding violations of this subchapter.
(B) A summons and complaint citation form will be completed as per procedure, with a POA option and handled as a routine traffic violation in magistrate court.
