§ 131.16 HUNTING AND DISCHARGE OF FIREARMS IN RURAL SERVICE DISTRICT.
   The owner of a parcel of real estate containing at least 20 contiguous acres located within a Rural Service District may hunt, control predators, pests and feral animals on such property, or permit such activity by others on such property, provided all such activities comply with state law. City ordinances governing such activities shall apply upon the removal of any property from the Rural Service District.
