§ 116.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   A violation of § 116.03(A) is a Class 1 misdemeanor. Each day of violation constitutes a separate offense.

   (C)   (1)   A person who operates or causes to be operated an adult-oriented business without a valid license is subject to a suit for injunction as well as prosecution for criminal violations.
      (2)   Such violations shall be punishable by a maximum fine of $500, 30 days imprisonment or both such fine and imprisonment. Each day an adult-oriented business so operates is a separate offense or violation.
