§ 31.078 EXTRATERRITORIAL FIRE PROTECTION.
   The city may provide fire protection services to other political subdivisions, rural areas adjoining the corporate limits or other governmental agencies by contract or written agreement. The Common Council shall determine the extent of such coverage and shall approve any contract or agreement by resolution.
