(A) A license issued to a licensee under this chapter, who shall have violated the provisions of this chapter may be suspended for a prescribed period not to exceed 60 days, in the event of a failure on the part of the licensee to comply with the provisions of this chapter after ten days written notice and a public hearing.
(B) A license issued to a licensee under this section, who shall violate the provisions of this section, may be revoked by the Common Council after ten days’ written notice and a public hearing.
