§ 110.35 REVOCATION OF LICENSE.
   The Common Council may revoke, suspend, refuse to issue or transfer any license under this subchapter to any licensee or applicant who fails to comply with the requirements of this subchapter or engages in unfair business practices. The Council shall give 15 days’ written notice prior to hearing.
