§ 95.62 RECORDS AND ACCOUNTS OF FINANCE OFFICER.
   The City Finance Officer shall keep a permanent record of all moneys received for the Perpetual Care Fund, and the amounts paid in or set aside for general improvement and shall keep an accurate account of the interest received and collected and how expended.
