§ 95.27 ROSE GARDEN; PURCHASE OF SPACES; CARE OF ASHES; NAMEPLATES.
   (A)   Purchase of spaces at the Rose Garden. The burial or spreading of ashes in the Rose Garden requires the purchase of a site for such burial or spreading. Burial or spreading of ashes in the Rose Garden is only allowed in designated areas, as determined by the Director of Parks and Recreation.

   (B)   Care of ashes. When the ashes of a cremated body are to be interred in the cemetery or Rose Garden, the ashes must be in a durable urn or container intended for burial of cremated remains made of wood, metal, glass, ceramic or concrete. When burying cremated remains in the Rose Garden, the dimensions of the container shall be no larger than one foot by one foot by one foot.

   (C)   Nameplates in Rose Garden. The only markers allowed in the Rose Garden are five-inch by eight-inch nameplates, which shall have the deceased’s name, date of birth and date of death printed on them. The nameplates must be purchased through the cemetery office.
