(A) All cemetery parcels shall be used for burial of human dead only and may not be resold. Any attempted resale of a cemetery parcel without the consent of the Director of Parks and Recreation is void and will result in the cemetery parcel reverting back to the city.
(B) If a cemetery parcel is no longer needed by the rightsholder, the city will purchase the cemetery parcel back from the rightsholder at the price the rightsholder paid for it.
