§ 95.03 ADMINISTRATION AND OPERATION, GENERALLY.
   (A)   General supervision and care. The Director of Parks and Recreation shall have general supervision and care of the cemetery and shall take care that all cemetery parcels and cemetery property therein are kept in proper order and condition. He or she shall take care that all cemetery parcels endowed as provided for in this chapter are put and kept in such good order and condition as their endowment contemplates. It is the duty of the Director of Parks and Recreation to employ such personnel necessary to oversee the digging of graves, to properly care for all trees, shrubbery, plants and grass growing in the cemetery, to keep the driveways, walkways and fences in good condition and to ensure compliance with the rules and regulations of the cemetery.

   (B)   Records generally.
      (1)   The finance office shall keep all records of the cemetery and shall procure suitable books, forms or other records, written and electronic, for the purpose of record keeping.
      (2)   The City Administrator shall designate an employee to sell the cemetery parcels and sign the permit for disposition of dead human remains.

   (C)   Rules and regulations. The administration and operation of the cemetery shall be under the Parks and Recreation Department. The Director of Parks and Recreation may make rules and regulations regarding the administration and operation of the cemetery, which will be kept on file in the finance office.
