§ 94.12 OUTDOOR CONCERTS REGULATED.
   (A)   Any outdoor concert consisting of live or recorded music held in a public park or other public area shall end by 9:30 p.m. and shall be conducted in such a manner as to not disturb the peace of the city.
   (B)   This section shall not apply to community designated events.
