§ 94.08 DISPLAY OF PERMIT.
   Every person having a permit issued under the provisions of this chapter shall have such permit in his or her possession during the activity permitted thereby and shall display such permit upon the request of any law enforcement officer. Failure to display such permit shall be deemed a misdemeanor.
