§ 31.017 COMPOSITION.
   The Task Force will be composed of the number of members as the Council directs. The members will be appointed by the Mayor and approved by the Council. At least one member must be a Council member. Members will not receive compensation for their service on the Task Force. The Task Force may, at its first meeting, elect from among its members a Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson and Secretary. If the Task Force chooses to elect officers, the officers are responsible for scheduling and conducting the meetings as well as compiling the recommendations of the Task Force to be presented to the Council. Subject to the approval by the Council, the Mayor may remove any member.
