(A) (1) Notwithstanding § 91.01, the burning of slash may be permitted in rural service districts upon the issuance of a burn permit by the Public Works Administrator, subject to the terms and conditions contained in the permit.
(2) No permit shall be issued except upon proper application in a form prescribed by the city.
(B) Any permit issued under this section shall require an inspection of the proposed burn site and the surrounding area and notification to the Fire Chief of the date, time and location of the proposed burn.
