SCHEDULE I. U-TURNS.

   Drivers of all vehicles are prohibited from making what is commonly known as U-turns; that is, turning vehicles from the direction in which traveling to go in the opposite direction on the same street, on the following streets.

   (A)   All of Main Street;

   (B)   All of Jackson Boulevard from University Avenue East;

   (C)   On Fifth and Seventh Streets from Jackson Boulevard to Grant Street;

   (D)   On Grant, Hudson and Illinois Streets between Fifth and Seventh Streets; or

   (E)   Any controlled intersection.
