No truck, tractor, trailer or other motorized cargo vehicle exceeding 18 feet in length shall be parked in a residential zone of the city, except where such parking is required for the loading or unloading of cargo or freight and delivery of the same, and such parking shall be limited to the period of time reasonably required to accomplish the purpose thereof.
