§ 74.01 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   SCHOOL BUS. Every vehicle with a capacity of ten or more pupils excluding the driver owned or operated by or for a school or school district used for the purpose of transporting school children to and from school or used in connection with school activities.
