Sec. 12-10. Final inspection.
   A final inspection of the manufactured home by the building official is required upon the installation of skirting, porches, steps, landings and guardrails. Approved residential numbering must be attached to the home prior to final inspection.
   (1)   The location and width of roadways and walkways.
   (2)   The location of water and sewer lines, storm drains and catch basins.
   (3)   The location and size of the recreation area.
